Structure of Oil Measuring Can (Standard Metal Measuring Vessel)

1. Main Body
Vertical cylindrical barrel, precisely manufactured from stainless steel or carbon steel to ensure accurate volume.
2. Measuring Neck / Gauge Chamber
A slender neck at the top with a scale mark or overflow port for precise volume setting, the core metering part.
3. Inlet
Located at the top or side, equipped with a valve or quick connector for oil filling.
4. Outlet / Drain Valve
A ball valve or needle valve at the bottom for draining oil and controlling flow rate.
5. Thermometer Socket
A blind hole on the side wall for inserting a thermometer to measure oil temperature for volume correction.
6. Handle & Support Stand
For easy handling, placement and fixing to keep the barrel vertical and stable.
7. Level
Some high-precision models are equipped with a spirit level to ensure vertical installation during use.
