The land fluid handling arm is different from the old-fashioned rubber hose connection. It has the characteristics of a long lifespan and high elasticity. The double rolling track rotating joint and elastic seal ring ensure that the loading and unloading process does not leak any medium. During loading and unloading, it moves along with the tank truck within a normal range. The loading arm can be customized according to the customer's needs.
It consists of a rotating joint and a pipeline connected in series, and it is used between tank trucks and stack bridge storage and transportation pipelines. In petrochemical operations, it is capable of withstanding harsh axial, radial, and torque loads, providing rolling flexibility, reliability, and no leakage. The material used is seamless steel pipe or aluminum alloy pipe inserted into the pipe, making it a specialized equipment in the petrochemical industry.

Installation principles of the crane pipe (land fluid handling arm):
1.Necessary safety measures should be taken during installation to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
2.The connection between the bracket and the pipeline should be equipped with standard flanges corresponding to it, with a flange-to-rail height of 3.7 to 4.0 meters.
3.During assembly, install the balancer from the base, rotating it to the vertical aluminum tube from the bottom.
4.When installing the balancer, lift the oil delivery arm to about 60°, insert the pin shafts on both sides of the balancer into the hooks, then align the two ears of the balancer rod with the single ear on the lifting and rotating device housing, install the pin shaft, and then install the distributor.
5.When adjusting the balance force, place the oil dispenser in a horizontal state, remove the stabilizer end cover, and display the adjustment screw. If the crane pipeline tends to move freely downward, tighten the screw with a socket wrench.
