Bottom loading metering skid system specially design for petroleum, chemical and hazardous media. It integrates fluid loading/unloading, metering, safety interlock, control and communication functions, and is widely used in the bottom loading/unloading scenarios of railway/road tank trucks for media such as finished oils, diesel, gasoline and chemical solvents. It is the core equipment for safe, efficient and automated fluid transfer.

1. Product Introduction

The bottom loading skid is a modular, skid-mounted integrated equipment. It fundamentally solves the pain points of traditional top loading, such as media volatilization, potential safety hazards, large metering errors and low efficiency, and realizes safe, environmentally friendly and accurate transfer of media through closed bottom loading/unloading.

The entire equipment is installed on an integrated carbon steel/stainless steel skid base. Assembly, commissioning and testing are completed before leaving the factory. On-site commissioning can be completed simply by basic installation and pipeline connection, which greatly shortens the project cycle and reduces on-site construction costs, while meeting the requirements of safety specifications such as explosion-proof, anti-static, overfill prevention and emergency shutdown.
