How to deal with the emergency situation of oil leakage

If there is an oil leakage problem with the loading crane pipe, the integrity of the oil platform facilities in the oil depot should be checked first. The fire protection cover carried by the oil truck is qualified and effective. Check the static grounding wire to ensure good contact and clamping in a suitable position, with a designated location in the oil depot or on the main beam of the oil truck, secure, and effective.
The static grounding wire should be connected before unloading the oil; Carry out stable oil storage work according to regulations; Do a good job in sealing the oil discharge port and taking measures to reduce oil and gas leakage. When loading and unloading oil, the loading crane tube inserted into the vehicle should be vertically inserted into the bottom of the oil cylinder, and the insertion and extraction speed should not exceed 1 meter/second.
Place the oil spill probe at a safe height at the oil cylinder port and operate or control the oil receiving and sending switch according to the requirements of the oil receiving and sending system. After the loading and unloading operation of the crane pipe is completed, the remaining oil should be vented and emptied before being lifted out of the tank mouth and returned to its original position. Remove the static wire and check for other equipment reset before the vehicle is allowed to leave.
When obvious leakage is found at the loading crane pipe joint, the work should be stopped, the stored oil should be drained, and it can be disassembled for inspection. Generally, the sealing ring should be checked for aging and wear, and the sealing port should be damaged. If damaged, repair measures such as grinding should be taken. When the fitting size and accuracy cannot be guaranteed after grinding, it should be replaced.
