The typical composition structure of the crane tube requires welding for most of its connections, except for a few rotating joints. Due to the fact that most of its media are corrosive and toxic, the steel used for crane tube equipment and corresponding welding processes have high requirements.
The positions that require high welding requirements mainly include four parts: connecting flange 3, inner arm 4, intermediate elbow 6, and outer arm 8. The rest are working structural components, with lower welding requirements compared to the first four.
