How to maintain a bottom loading arm to extend its service life?

Regular and scientific maintenance is the key to extending the service life of bottom loading arms, and the maintenance work can be divided into daily maintenance, weekly maintenance, and annual maintenance.
Daily maintenance: after each use, clean the surface of the arm body and the loading coupler with a clean cloth to remove residual liquid and dust; check whether the sealing ring of the coupler is worn, and replace it if necessary; apply a small amount of lubricating oil to the swivel joint to ensure its flexibility. Weekly maintenance: comprehensively inspect the valve system, including the opening and closing sensitivity of the control valve and emergency shut-off valve, and check whether the valve core and valve seat have leakage; inspect the support frame, check whether the bolts are loose, and tighten them if necessary.
Annual maintenance: invite professional technicians to disassemble the key components (swivel joint, valve, telescopic arm section) for thorough inspection and maintenance; replace the worn parts (such as bearings, seals, gaskets); conduct a pressure test on the entire loading arm to ensure that the pressure-bearing capacity meets the operating requirements; check the electrostatic grounding system to ensure that the grounding resistance is within the standard range (generally not more than 10 ohms). In addition, it is necessary to keep the maintenance records of the loading arm, recording the maintenance time, content, replaced parts, etc., so as to track the use status of the equipment.
