LNG Low-Temperature Loading Arm

LNG Low-Temperature Loading Arm (Liquefied Natural Gas Loading Arm) is a tank truck / ship loading/unloading equipment specially designed for an ultra-low temperature environment of -162°C, with core advantages of low-temperature resistance, high sealing performance and high safety.
Applicable media: LNG (liquefied natural gas), liquid nitrogen, liquid ethylene, etc.
Design temperature: -196°C ~ +70°C (ultra-low temperature resistant)
Operating temperature: -162°C (boiling point of LNG)
Design pressure: 1.6MPa / 2.5MPa
Nominal diameter: DN50 / DN80 / DN100 (DN50 commonly used for liquid/vapor phases)
Materials:
Fluid pipe: 304L / 316L stainless steel (cryogenically treated)
Seals: reinforced PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), low-temperature FKM
Structure: column, liquid phase arm, gas phase (BOG) recovery arm, swivel joint, emergency release valve, balance cylinder, vacuum insulation layer
Insulation: multi-layer vacuum insulation with extremely low cold loss
Ultra-low temperature resistance: no brittle fracture or seal failure at -196°C
Dual-pipe design: liquid phase (LNG) + gas phase (BOG recovery) to reduce evaporation
Standard safety configuration: emergency release valve (automatic sealing to prevent leakage in case of accidental pull-off)
Flexible rotation: multi-degree-of-freedom swivel joints for adaptation to tank truck manholes
Static conductive & oil-free: explosion-proof, free from oil contamination
