Pump Adblue (Urea Dispenser)
Pump Adblue is a special filling and metering device for urea solution (AdBlue/DEF), designed exclusively for the SCR exhaust systems of diesel vehicles. Its core components include a corrosion-resistant pump, high-precision metering system, and intelligent control unit, complying with the ISO 22241 standard for purity and measurement.
I. Core Definition and Application
AdBlue: A 32.5% high-purity aqueous urea solution used in SCR systems to reduce NOₓ emissions. It is mandatory for diesel vehicles meeting China IV / Euro IV or higher emission standards.
Pump Adblue: A dedicated refueling pump unit. The use of ordinary fuel pumps is strictly prohibited (urea is corrosive and prone to crystallization, and contamination will damage the SCR system).
Application: Used in gas stations, logistics parks, vehicle fleets, ports, etc., to fill urea for trucks, buses, construction machinery, and ships, with accurate metering, anti-pollution, and anti-crystallization functions.
II. Core Structure (Split / Integrated Type)
1. Filling Pump (Core Component)
Type: Diaphragm pump, gear pump, plunger pump (self-priming, urea corrosion resistant).
Material: 316L stainless steel, engineering plastics, Teflon seals; copper, zinc, and aluminum are not allowed (to prevent chemical reactions).
Pressure: 0.3–0.6 MPa, flow rate 10–60 L/min.
Anti-freezing: Models for northern regions are equipped with heating/tracing to prevent crystallization below -11°C.
2. Metering and Control
Flow meter: Turbine / oval gear flow meter, accuracy ±0.3%–±0.5%, with temperature compensation (urea density varies with temperature).
Control motherboard: Supports fixed-volume / fixed-amount / free refueling, self-locking to prevent tampering, and supports card payment / QR code payment / cash payment.
Filtration: Three-stage filtration (coarse filtration → fine filtration → terminal filtration) to protect SCR injectors.
3. Terminal Components
Nozzle: Equipped with shut-off valve, anti-drip function, and breakaway protection.
Pipeline: Special urea pipeline with check valve and sight glass (to check for air bubbles).
Cabinet: Outdoor rainproof, dustproof, and explosion-proof (optional).
III. Operation Process (Closed-Loop Control)
Insert the nozzle → trigger sensor → system self-inspection.
Motor starts → pump self-priming → three-stage filtration → pressure build-up (0.3–0.6 MPa).
Real-time metering by flow meter → temperature compensation → display / billing.
Stop pump automatically when the set volume is reached → pipeline backflow to prevent dripping.
Pull out the nozzle → operation completed, data uploaded to the background.
