Safety valve also known as the built-in safety shut-off valve or emergency cut-off valve, is a valve installed on the loading and unloading port of liquid dangerous goods tank vehicles' metal atmospheric pressure tank body.

Safety valve also known as the built-in safety shut-off valve or emergency cut-off valve, is a valve installed on the loading and unloading port of liquid dangerous goods tank vehicles' metal atmospheric pressure tank body. The Safety valve is located close to the bottom of the tank body and serves only one purpose. It is closed during non-loading and unloading operations.

 

The submarine Safety valve consists of five parts: the shell, sealing mechanism, transmission mechanism, tank body connection flange, and outlet flange. The sealing mechanism extends into the tank body and uses stainless steel spring force for axial self-sealing to keep the submarine valve in a normally closed state. It is opened and closed through the transmission mechanism.

 

Currently, the submarine safety valve has two main operating control modes: manual and pneumatic. The main body materials are mainly aluminum alloy and stainless steel.
