Tank Emergency Valve

HDF03 is 4 inch pneumatic European standard aluminum alloy emergency valve.

Tank emergency valve also known as bottom valve, is installed at the bottom of the tank of a tank truck. The valve seal is placed inside the tank and there is no cutting groove on the valve body. When it is strongly impacted, the valve body will break at the flange, separating the tank and the pipeline of the vehicle, becoming an independent sealed tank, which can prevent liquid leakage and greatly improve the safety of transportation. It is suitable for tank trucks transporting light fuel and cannot be loaded with liquids that are highly corrosive.

It uses air operated control method and can be opened and closed through the pneumatic system.
