Low-temperature loading arms are suitable for handling cryogenic media, such as LNG,  LPG, liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and other cryogenic liquids. These arms are designed to operate in extremely low-temperature environments, ensuring safe and efficient transfer.

They are constructed using stainless steel or special alloys to withstand extreme temperatures and resist corrosion.

For LNG, loading arms are designed to handle very low temperatures (as low as -162°C) without becoming brittle.

LPG loading arms are built to manage high-pressure conditions since LPG is stored and transported in liquid form under pressure.

High-quality swivel joints allow flexibility and movement during loading/unloading operations while preventing leaks.

Equipped with an ERS to safely disconnect the loading arm from the vessel in case of emergencies, preventing spills or accidents.

LNG arms often have insulation to minimize heat transfer, and both types require high-performance seals to prevent leaks.

Many systems include automated controls for monitoring flow rate, pressure, and temperature, as well as safety interlocks to ensure proper operation.Designed to connect seamlessly with various types of vessels or tanks, meeting international standards like API and OCIMF.

These features ensure operational safety, environmental protection, and efficiency in handling LNG and LPG.

We can supply top loading arm, bottom loading arm, folding stairs, etc.
