When is a loading arm needed?
1)In low-temperature environments, fluids may solidify or freeze due to temperature drop, causing pipeline blockage or poor fluidity. The loading arm prevents fluid cooling by heating the insulating layer around the pipeline, keeping the fluid within the required temperature range.
2)High-viscosity fluids have poorer fluidity at low temperatures. The heated loading arm can provide an appropriate temperature for them, ensuring smooth transportation.
3)For easily condensing media such as crude oil, heavy oil and naphthalene, if the pipeline temperature is lower than the melting point of the medium during loading, unloading and storage, condensation will occur, affecting normal operations. At this time, loading arm should be used.

It is mainly applied in the loading process of liquid hazardous chemicals in the petrochemical industry and other fields. The petrochemical industry uses petroleum and natural gas as raw materials and has a wide range. In the loading of liquid hazardous chemicals in this industry, loading arms are widely used due to their high safety and flexibility.
