Positive displacement flow meter is composed of a housing that accommodates two bladed displacement rotors and a central single blocking rotor. These rotors rotate in perfect synchronization within three cylindrical bores, and there is no direct contact between metal surfaces within the meter element. Each rotor is supported on both ends by a bearing plate, which allows the rotor shafts to extend through.
