AL2404 Gasoline and Diesel Bottom Loading Arm
AL2404 Gasoline and Diesel Bottom Loading Arm (also referred to as AL2404 Bottom Loading Arm) is a closed bottom conveying equipment specially designed for light oils such as gasoline and diesel. Its core advantages are zero emissions, high safety and high efficiency, and it is widely used in tank truck loading scenarios of oil depots, gas stations and petrochemical enterprises.
Installed on the ground/platform, it is connected to the bottom interface of the tank truck through a dry valve/API coupling to realize closed liquid and gas phase conveying, replacing the traditional open-top loading.
Main Structure: Inner arm, outer arm, swivel joints (4-5 pieces, PTFE main seal), balancer (spring/hydraulic), column.
- Key end components: Dry valve (liquid phase, self-closing without dripping), breakaway valve (emergency disconnection), gas phase return joint (oil and gas recovery).
- Material: The pipeline is mostly carbon steel, the inner ring of the swivel joint is 304 stainless steel, and the main seal is PTFE/FKM, which is suitable for the physical and chemical properties of oil products.
Main Parameters
- Caliber: Common DN100 for liquid and gas phases, suitable for flow rate of 20-50 m³/h; DN125-150 optional for large flow rate.
- Pressure: Operating pressure 0.6-2.5 MPa, design pressure usually ≥2.5 MPa.
- Temperature: Normal temperature to 80℃.
