The breathing valve can be set to different pressure parameters according to the needs to ensure reliable breathing and emergency air functions.
Breathing function: When the pressure inside the oil tank is higher than the external pressure by 6-8KPa or lower than the external pressure by 2-3KPa, the breathing valve will automatically open, allowing the gas inside and outside the tank to communicate. When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tank is within -2~6KPa, the breathing valve is in the closed state, maintaining an appropriate pressure inside the tank to prevent the waste of oil volatilization.
Dumping anti-spill: In case of an accident where the tanker truck overturns, the anti-spill flow blocking block in the breathing valve will automatically seal the passage, preventing the danger of oil leakage.
Emergency ventilation: When the tanker truck is in a high-temperature environment due to an accident, the breathing valve can effectively release the pressure inside the tank to prevent the tank from exploding. When the pressure inside the tank exceeds the external pressure by 21-32KPa, the emergency exhaust device will start working, and its maximum exhaust capacity can reach 7000m3/h, effectively preventing the explosion of the oil tank.
There are three auxiliary openings that can be used for installing oil measuring holes, spill-proof probes, and vapor recovery valves.
