Operating procedures for crane tubes before loading and unloading operations:
After receiving the arrival forecast of the oil tank truck, the person in charge of the oil depot arranges relevant personnel to prepare for loading and unloading, and all personnel are in place and dressed according to regulations;
The measuring personnel check the liquid level of the unloading oil tank, and the pump driver checks whether the oil pipeline and oil pump are normal;
Collect a qualified notice of oil and verify whether the unloading type matches the opening of the oil pipeline valve;
Check whether the safety devices of the tank truck comply with regulations;
Ensure that the crane tube and movable ladder are in a reset and locked state.
Operating procedures for crane tubes during loading and unloading operations:
Open the locking mechanism of the inner arm of the crane tube, remove the arm from the hook, and move the arm to the tank mouth or flange, quick connector, or dry valve connection part of the tanker.
Operate the outer arm to drop and fully insert the vertical pipe into the tank opening of the tank car (top open loading and unloading truck), or connect the outer arm to the top or bottom flange or quick connector of the tank car (top or bottom closed loading) or dry valve connection (gasoline and diesel lower loading).
Check for any dripping or leakage;
Clamp the static grounding clamp onto the tanker;
Operating procedures for crane tubes after loading and unloading operations:
Close the pipeline valve system, stop medium transmission, and remain silent for about half a minute to empty the fluid medium in the arm tube;
Slowly pull out the vertical pipe or disconnect the flange, quick connector, or dry valve connection to separate the arm from the tanker;
Reset the crane tube to the inner arm locking device;
Remove the static grounding clamp.
Precautions for operating procedures of crane tubes:
The crane tube can only be opened during loading and unloading operations, and should be in a reset and locked state at other times;
Tank trucks are not allowed to enter or leave the loading and unloading area until the crane tube is reset. The tank truck is strictly prohibited from moving during the loading and unloading operation of the medium.
