The crane pipe steel-plastic composite pipeline complies with the current chemical industry standards "Plastic lined (PP, PE, PVC) steel pipes and fittings" HG 20538-1992 and "PTFE lined steel pipes and fittings" HG/T 21562-1994. Crane pipe forgings should comply with the current national standard "Steel Butt Welded Seamless Pipe Fittings" GB/T 12459-2005, "Carbon Steel and Low Alloy Steel Forgings for Pressure Vessels" JB4726-2000, "Carbon Steel and Low Alloy Steel Forgings for Low Temperature Pressure Vessels" JB4727-2000, and the current mechanical industry standard "Stainless Steel Forgings for Pressure Vessels" JB4728-2000.
1. Generally, non corrosive petrochemical liquid materials are made of high-quality carbon steel pipes.
2. It is necessary to maintain the purity of petrochemical liquid materials and prevent the mixing of rust. Stainless steel pipes should be used for loading and unloading arm pipelines. If liquid materials are directly used in the food industry, stainless steel materials should also be used for loading and unloading arm pipelines.
3. The selection principles for loading and unloading arms of commonly used corrosive acidic and alkaline materials:
3.1 Nitric acid: Stainless steel pipes or plastic lined pipes should be used for the loading and unloading arm. If the vertical pipe is inserted into the tank car for a long time, aluminum pipes can also be used for the vertical pipe.
3.2 Glacial acetic acid: Acid resistant stainless steel material (316L) can be selected.
3.3 Sulfuric acid: 98% sulfuric acid and fuming sulfuric acid shall be made of high-quality carbon steel pipes, while dilute sulfuric acid (below 80%) shall be made of steel lined PTFE pipes, steel lined PVC pipes, steel lined PP pipes, etc. If the vertical pipe needs to be inserted into the tank car, PVC pipe, PP pipe, PTFE pipe, or fiberglass pipe can be used to insert the vertical pipe.
3.4 Hydrochloric acid: The material selection is basically the same as that of dilute sulfuric acid materials.
3.5 Caustic soda solution (at room temperature): The loading and unloading arm is made of high-quality carbon steel pipes.
