Working principle
ATG fuel tank proble working principle:
SP probes are placed within fuel tanks, with their probe head's motherboard actively transmitting signals to both the product floater and water floater at a rapid and consistent frequency, typically measured in milliseconds. In turn, these floaters promptly detect the signals and relay valuable feedback to the probe's motherboard, establishing a seamless communication loop within the tank environment.
Through the robust RWP4x0.5 shielding cable connection, the SS console efficiently communicates with SP probes, rapidly querying vital tank data, including oil product level, water level, and temperature, all in a matter of milliseconds. Notably, the SS console boasts a crucial feature that empowers users to input tank volume charts into the program. The SS console's intelligent software then autonomously creates an accurate tank model and calculates stock volume based on the precise measurements of oil height, water height, and temperature.
The SS console establishes a seamless link to the site computer via RS232. Installed on the site computer, the PC Remote back-office software continuously requests tank information from the SS console, maintaining a swift millisecond-based communication frequency. This streamlined setup enables users to effortlessly monitor real-time tank data on their PC screens.
Leveraging the internet connection between various sites and the head office, the server situated at the head office actively receives tank data transmitted by the PC Remote back-office software. It diligently stores every recorded data point, providing a comprehensive archive for future inquiries and analysis.
