Selection of Hydrogen Peroxide Loading Arm

Hydrogen peroxide is an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, mainly composed of 30% hydrogen peroxide. It appears as a colorless transparent liquid with a faint special odor. Pure hydrogen peroxide is a pale blue viscous liquid. Recognized as a low-toxic substance, hydrogen peroxide is widely used in industrial bleaching, surgical disinfection and other fields. However, if used improperly, it may still cause harm.

Selection of Hydrogen Peroxide Loading Arm

During the transportation and storage of hydrogen peroxide, the container should be kept sealed. In the process of loading and unloading hydrogen peroxide medium, universal joint pipes should be used for closed loading and unloading.

The AL2503 type bottom closed loading and unloading arm is widely used for loading and unloading materials of hydrogen peroxide tank trucks. According to the concentration ratio of hydrogen peroxide, the material of the hydrogen peroxide loading arm can be selected from stainless steel materials of corresponding grades (304 or 316L). The pipeline of the hydrogen peroxide loading arm can be equipped with emergency break valves, ball valves and quick connectors with the same diameter as the interface of the tank truck.

Using the loading arm for loading and unloading can make the loading and unloading process of hydrogen peroxide save time and effort, and maintain safe loading and unloading without leakage risk.

There are two loading and unloading methods for tank trucks: 1. Top loading and unloading of tank trucks; 2. Bottom loading and unloading of tank trucks. Usually, the loading and unloading of hydrogen peroxide tank trucks are carried out at the bottom of the tank truck, so we can choose the AL2503 type bottom loading and unloading arm.
