Some knowledge about its temperature difference configuration is mainly introduced as follows:
1. The general usage conditions for crane pipes are in the temperature range of 30-80 ℃. In this case, they are mostly used for pressure sealing accessories, suitable for water and acidic media, and better for working in this environment. Another case is working in high-temperature environments, where the high-temperature conditions are divided into several types between 100-150 ℃. Under these conditions, we usually use graphite rings for sealing. If the medium is changed to thermal oil at 150-220 ℃, At this point, the accessory should be replaced with a PTFE ring, and the spring also needs to be replaced with a 55 screw gauge. The spring can maintain elasticity below 260 ℃, so that the compensation effect will not be damaged. However, if the temperature continues to rise at 220-300 ℃ in this working environment, an upper antimony impregnated sealing ring or PTFE laminated ring should be used. The spring needs to be replaced with a 631 material spring, and the antimony impregnated ring can work normally at a temperature of 400 ℃, and the spring is also the same.
2. Cooling water with a temperature below 0 ℃ requires graphite sealing, stainless steel springs, and the connecting shaft needs to be made of stainless steel. Otherwise, in this working environment, rust and leakage will not occur for several months. Therefore, when choosing the crane pipe rotating joint, we must choose accessories suitable for our own equipment in order to more efficiently bring significant improvements to production.
During the use of the crane tube, we cannot control the temperature factor, but in order to improve its performance, we need to do a good job in temperature difference configuration.
